Anchor bolts refer to the general term of all post anchoring components, which are very wide. It is divided into metal anchor bolt and non-metal anchor bolt according to different raw materials. According to the anchorage mechanism, it can be divided into expansive anchor bolt, reamed anchor bolt, bonded anchor bolt, concrete bolt, shot nail, concrete nail and so on.
Description
The anchor bolts for external thermal insulation are made up of expansion parts and expansion bushing, or consist of expansion bushing only. It depends on the friction or mechanical locking effect of expansion to connect the mechanical parts of the insulation system and the base wall.
In the installation of external thermal insulation board, in order to make the system safer, according to the material of the insulation board or the type of veneer, many kinds of anchor bolts, metal brackets or connecting parts are often used to assist the strengthening. Anchor bolts are used to fix special mechanical connection fixtures such as hot-dip galvanized wire mesh, alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh or insulation board, and fire-proof isolation belt on the base wall.
It is advisable to adopt Q235 steel and Q345 steel with better plastic properties than those of high strength steel. Bolts are non-standard parts, and because of their large diameter, class C bolts are made of unprocessed round steel, not high-precision lathe processing. Double bolts are often used to boll the exposed column to prevent loosening.
