On the 9th of the month, Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding docked the 7000TEU container ship H1570 built by Seaspan Corporation of Canada (hereinafter referred to as SEASAN) and the H1381 built by Thailand's RCL on the same day. The project leaders of various classification societies and department heads of the company jointly participated in the docking ceremony.
The H1570 ship is the 9th ship in the 7000TEU container ship series built by Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding for SEASAN, with continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. During the preliminary construction process, various departments closely cooperate, relay production, flexibly adjust production rhythm, shipowners and ship inspectors cooperate sincerely to ensure timely supply in sections. Under the leadership of the company, various departments coordinate and cooperate with each other, actively communicate and seek solutions to problems during the construction process, ensure the smooth closure of opinions, change orders, and NCR, strictly implement the company's "four zeros" management model, and reduce pressure for the subsequent general assembly.
As of the time of docking, the H1570 ship has sufficient segmented reserves, and all subsequent critical path segments have been fully equipped.
The H1381 ship is the third ship of 7000TEU built by Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding for RCL, with further improvements in quality and efficiency. During the preliminary construction process, various departments closely cooperate under pressure, relay production, flexibly adjust production rhythm, cooperate with shipowners and ship inspectors to ensure timely supply in sections. At the same time, the Production Management Department coordinates with various departments to actively communicate and find solutions to problems during the construction process, ensuring the smooth closure of opinions, changes, and NCRs. This has achieved implementation, tracking, feedback, organization, and measures, laying a solid foundation for the efficient promotion of rapid shipbuilding.
As of the time of docking, all engine room sections of H1381 ship have been supplied, with sufficient reserve for each section, and all subsequent critical path sections have been fully equipped.
